Our Mission

At Wheel Fit, our mission is to redefine fitness for wheelchair users by making adaptive, accessible workouts available to everyone. We believe that fitness should empower individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of physical limitations.

Adaptive Wheelchair Fitness is at the heart of what we do. Our workouts are designed to meet the unique needs of every user, adapting as your strength, endurance, and mobility grow. Through personalized exercises, progress tracking, and accessible nutrition guidance, we are committed to helping wheelchair users stay active, motivated, and connected with a supportive community.

Join us in transforming fitness into an inclusive space where everyone can pursue a healthier lifestyle. Together, we can make adaptive fitness a standard, not an exception.

Our Journey

Wheel Fit was founded by Nedim Karavdić, a student from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recognizing the lack of fitness resources tailored for wheelchair users, Nedim developed Wheel Fit to bridge this gap. His initiative aimed to enhance the physical and mental well-being of individuals with disabilities through carefully selected fitness activities.

The application offers a variety of exercises designed for different fitness activities, including bodybuilding, cross-fit, conditioning, and fat-burning workouts. It also provides professionally curated training plans and nutrition guidance, supported by a calorie calculator.

In recognition of his innovative work, Nedim was awarded the STINT prize in Idélab's idea competition, which led to a trip to the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP). There, he presented Wheel Fit to industry experts and professors, receiving valuable feedback and insights as well as confirmation for the exercises by sports department that are currently available in the Wheel Fit .
