You can delete your account at your convenience. Please note that uninstalling the mobile application or deleting your account will not automatically stop your subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription.

You are responsible for your own health. Wheel Fit is not a medical organization, and we will not provide you with any medical advice or diagnosis. The purpose of the Services is solely to help our users track and reach their fitness activities, goals and progress.

Always consult with your doctor before using our Services or if you experience any pain or discomfort. Wheel Fit cannot guarantee any health, weight, and fitness results or improvements. Our Services are only intended for healthy adults, and please do not use our Services if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired by exercise.

Wheel Fit team is not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Services.

This section applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Wheel Fit Premium or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to Wheel Fit Premium during the time your subscription is valid. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription..

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in the account settings.

You may terminate your membership at any time, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for.

All rights in and to the Services, including any trademarks, service marks, logos, software, and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Nedim Karavdić. Your right to use the App and Services is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable. You agree not to use our Intellectual Property for any other purposes except for your use of the Service unless required otherwise by applicable mandatory law.

You use Wheel Fit at your own risk. The App and all of its content is provided on an "As Is" basis, and Wheel Fit team does not provide any assurances of the usability of the App. Wheel Fit team does not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wheel Fit team does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software.

These Terms of Service and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be resolved by the courts of the State of Delaware, United States.
